I started sewing at the age of nine begging my mom to let me help her sew and have loved it ever since.I went on to study dressmaking , art & design for four years in H.S. and through the years it has always been a passion of mine.I love the creative side that it brings out in me,putting together fabrics of different design and color and seeing the finished product. I love to cook so aprons are a must for me. I started making aprons for myself when I realized that the only ones I could find in the store are similar to what a chef wears, to flat for me I have curves and needed something to fit them. "The Well Dressed Cook" was born from that.

I found a craft show in wattsburg so I will call the person in charge today to see if I can set a table up during the car show. I hope your week is a wonderful one.

I did sell on ebay and went to craft shows but nowadays people seem to be less interested in crafts.
I have something I made called I love cats and one for I love dogs.
Don't have many cat patterns .I do have other animals too just get a pattern andaway I go carving what comes to my mind.

I will be glad when I get it all figured out but it has been fun learning. I made my Dad a fishing hat and put fishing pixs on it now its his lucky hat and wears it out on the boat. Where abouts is Lake Ariel ? I have not heard of it before. Today I spent my time in the kitchen making zuke bread and waffles for the freezer for quick am meals. I am sitting here watching it snow like crazy. I hope to sew tomorrow I am making a dress and hat for my granddaughter who is 2. Have a ownderful afternoon.

I just got my embrodery machine so I am playing around with that making a few things for my kids to practice. I think it is great that aprons are comming back. reminds me alot of when I would visit Grandma and she always had on an apron. So cozy at her home. I hope you have a wonderful day.
