Hay Laura, I do send you positive thoughts. I guess , I didn't know that you have Fibromyalgia, I've had it and CFIDS for 17 yrs. There are many supplements and breathing techniques which can help you with pain, brain fog and energy. My doctor has been amazed at how much it has helped me. Most doctors (not even mine to begin with) think supplements or other natural things help , yet they do. I was bed fast and they have helped me. I made a believer of my doctor. I hope you feel better and stronger soon. Those hard painful days just linger on and on don't they? Blessings to you-Clarissa
