gigi, i was worried he'd be scared to drive for awhile. but, he had his friend drive them to college. he drove home. then, he works at a job driving new cars-said it's the coolest job & he drove 3 cars while working. his neck is stiff. i confused you about my sister in law -not involved in accident. just she has brothers that watch carolina hockey sometimes. going to find out how the wings are doing! thanks again for your caring comments! my son also has a ford F 150 he drives. he's working on 2 ford rangers,too. don't know why an 18 yr. old has so many vehicles. he sold another truck last winter,too. good thing we have a big driveway & pole barn. driveway NOT fun to clear of snow! usually my job.

Linda, Thank you for the update, I hope each day your sister-in-law will be feeling better, as well as your son from the Car Accident. I know it takes a long time not to feel a little scared to drive again or just the memories of the accident, after being in a car accident, Even when it's wasn't your fault the memories are hard to not forget. I'm sorry his car was totaled, but thankful he'll be okay.

I hope your Red Wings Win tonight... my Hurricanes I will say didn't look too good the other night. It's been a bad season so far, but hopefully it will get better.

gigi, thank you. my husband went to the accident scene when our son called & he said the boy seemed o.k. but, was worried that the sirens & ambulance they took his mom away in was very frightening. he said they put the boy in the police car. but, my son's car's totaled -most of damage was to the hood-which the police said was good for him. just a stiff neck-no whiplash. he's very mad at that lady who caused the accident. he wanted a perfect driving record. well, red wings play tonight. i haven't seen any comments from Shirley. hope she's doing o.k. can't imagine the loss of a grandchild.

Linda, I'm so sorry to hear about the Car accident today. keep us update how your family is doing..... Caring thoughts to all your family and your son and sister-in-law & little boy that was also in the Car Accident.

gigi, my brother's wife is originally from greenville, SC & her brothers are 'a little bit" into hockey ,she said. well, going to take my 18 yr. old son to dr. -complaining of stiff neck. a lady hit his car this a.m. & they had to use jaws of life to get her out. she had a little boy in car who seemed to be o.k. haven't gotten any hockey games lately.

I'm not sure, but I think I'm the only Carolina Hurricane Fan in the Group, Well, my team is not starting off that great this year, hopefully it will get better. They have some awesome players, but for some reason they are clicking as a team.
The Washington Capitals...looks very good this season, but I'm still pulling for the Hurricanes. I Also like the Atlanta Thrasher.

Hurricanes have a 7PM ( ET) game tonight...Go Hurricanes.

Gabby didn`t sell out. He just decided to come to a class organization. If he doesn`t get hurt he can take us to the cup !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's too bad Gabby sold out to the Rangers. Being from Minnesota, yes a Wild fan, it was sad to see him go. I guess now we'll see if his injuries were real or he just needed more money. Congrats to the rangers for luring such an awesome player from minnesota

My Carolina Hurricanes Lost their Game last night... Hopefully a Win next game.

I have a feeling this Winter is going to be much Colder than last year, since it's cooler much sooner. Have a GREAT Day..
