Good Day to all! Well they finally got my exploder out of the 5 ft. drifts. and hubby drove to work today. I am finally feeling better today, not as much break thru pain. I do have a sore throat and havn't been out of the house in 3 days. I hundered down. Felt horrible yesterday, everything I did was a task. Spent most of the day in bed. So I'm very thankful to not be in as much pain today.

Catherine, I get the shakes in my hands and I am not taking any meds to cause this. My holistic doctor says that this comes from the lung being deficient. I don't do it as often as I use to becaue of all the breathing that I do. After you can advance in your breathing exercises , you should notice this happening less and less. When this happens try lying down and taking some deep breaths. Also drink something ,maybe water. This combination should hydrate you and calm you. I hope this will help any of you who may be having this problem.
